Window REPLACEMENT
Booked in-home estimates for a window and door replacement company, not just form fills.
The CLIENT
A window and door replacement company doing full-home retrofits, with average jobs in the five figures and a sales process built around the in-home estimate.
The CHALLENGE
The account was full of clicks from renters, DIY repairers and parts-hunters who will never buy a whole-home install. Raw form fills looked healthy, but estimate no-shows were high and the sales calendar had holes in it.
What we DID
- Tiered the keyword universe by intent: replacement and retrofit terms in, repair and parts terms negated.
- Made the booked estimate the primary conversion, so bidding optimizes for calendar appointments rather than form submissions.
- Used Meta retargeting and lookalikes for seasonal pushes, with financing-led creative for the big-ticket hesitation.
- Added reminder flows that lifted estimate show-rate 24%.
The hourly clock effect
Seasonal home-improvement demand turns on and off with the weather. Hourly pacing catches the hot weeks while they're hot — which is where a fixed monthly budget always leaves money on the table.

- Booked estimates
- 1,100
- Cost per estimate
