Privacy POLICY
The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply and do the work, don't sell it, and delete it when you ask.
Who we are
Tevyy is a performance marketing agency. When this page says “we”, it means Tevyy. You can reach us about anything here at info@tevyy.com.
What we collect
- Contact form (homepage): your name, email, website and anything you write about your project.
- Growth Diagnostic form: your name, work email, phone (optional), role, company, website, business type, industry, markets, monthly ad spend range, channels you run, who manages them, tracking status, goals, timeline and how you heard about us.
- Booking a call: your name, email, the answers to the booking questions (website, business type, ad spend range, goal) and the time you pick.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website host, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your Growth Diagnostic.
- To schedule and hold calls you book.
- To provide our services if you become a client, and keep ordinary business records.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter or mailing list.
If you're in the EU or UK: we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and on taking steps you've asked for before entering a contract.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of providers to run the site and our inbox. They process data on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts this website.
- FormSubmit delivers the contact and Growth Diagnostic forms to our email.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar. It only loads when you open it, and it has its own privacy policy.
- Google Workspace provides our email and calendar.
The site's fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so browsing it doesn't send your information to font or script providers. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to reply to you, work with you, or meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@tevyy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, Canada, Australia, the EU or the UK), you may have further rights under local law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
